How To Make Instant Pot Mexican Rice
Like I said this is really simple but I still like to show you some
Turn off the Instant Pot and season rice with cumin, chili powder, and paprika.
Add the chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon or spatula to make sure that the rice does not stick together.
Add the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes with chilies. Stir to combine.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot and seal the valve. Set the pot to pressure cook for 12 minutes or use the rice setting on the Instant Pot. When the cooking time is done, do a quick release! This is all there is to it! Before serving and right after you release the lid, make sure to fluff up the rice before serving.
That is all there is to it! Super simple and I know your family will enjoy this yummy recipe. Make sure to check out our other dinner recipes and sides by heading to our recipe index. Happy Cooking.
