We don’t eat as much meat as we used to but pork is a favorite. I am pleased to share a pork recipe today from the 2020 Christmas with Southern Living Book. I was sent a copy at no charge as part of the Abrams Dinner Party. All thoughts are my own. Be sure to click the heart button if you like this post and to share/save it

The recipe in the book called for a pork loin, I only had boneless chops so I adapted it for what I had on hand.

How Was the Pork Chop Recipe?

It was mighty tasty. The crushed peppercorns gave it just the right amount of heat and the coriander added that taste of “holiday.”  I served it with some of my home canned applesauce and a fresh tomato salad. It was a delicious dinner.

I will have a full review of the Christmas with Southern Living Book on my Instagram page.
