- 1/2 C plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 C whipped cream
- Two packets of hot cocoa mix
- One container of Jet-puffed mini marshmallows
How to craft the Dreamy & Creamy Hot Cocoa Dip
First things, first. Be sure to preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 10-inch cast iron. Remove biscuits from package and cut into quarters. Cut the 8 large marshmallows into quarters.
Take one-quarter of biscuit and flatten it out slightly. Next, place a quarter of marshmallow into the center of the biscuit.
Roll the biscuit into a ball and set aside. Repeat steps with remaining quarters In a large bowl, combine the sugar and cocoa powder and whisk to combine. Place one ball into an egg wash, then roll in the sugar.
Place into the cast iron pan along the siding. Place into the oven and bake for 20-25 or until the biscuits are golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Lastly, you will want to make the dip itself. Using a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, greek yogurt, and hot cocoa mix until combined. Fold in the whipped cream until combined. Spoon the dip into the center of the pan. This makes a beautiful presentation of this recipe.
