Tonight I just wanted to chill out and bake a little something which I thought I would share with you as well. These are super easy Eggnog Snickerdoodle Cookies and “YUMMMM” they are good!

Eggnog Snickerdoodle Cookies
First, you will want to Preheat the oven to 350°F degrees. Next, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the butter, eggnog, and vanilla. Stir in the granulated and brown sugars.
Slowly add in the flour mixture. Fold it in lightly. Chill the cookie dough for 1 hour. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Stir together the sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl; this mixture is for the topping.
Using a small cookie dough scoop. Place one ball of dough into your hand and roll into the sugar mixture. Roll in hand again and then back into the sugar mixture. Bake the cookies at 350°F for 11 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet.
