With Memorial Day this weekend and summer activities soon coming I wanted to share one of my favorite recipes, a fresh cucumber salad. Believe it or not but my diet revolves around fruit and fresh veggies. I can’t seem to get enough. If you are looking for the perfect salad this summer, this will soon become your favorite dish.
This cucumber salad is like an explosion of Summer in a bowl! It’s so delicious, and it’s cool, and crunchy, and a little sweet, and really healthy.

It’s colorful, and since we eat first with our eyes, it looks like something we will love, and can’t wait to eat. This is definitely one to keep.
To Make this Cucumber Salad is really simple and that is what makes it that much better. Below you will find a full recipe to print or make sure to Pin this recipe to Pinterest.
