Let’s Start How to Make Angry Crab Trifecta Sauce
Step 01: Take 2 bulb garlic, ½ yellow onion, 3” lemon grass. Chop them into very small pieces in your chopper or mixer. If you don’t have a chopper you can do it by hand. It will not take too long.
Step 02: Next go ahead and melt 4 sticks of unsalted butter on a pan. We need to set heat in medium to low medium. When our butter is melting. Let’s arrange our dry ingredients.
Step 03: Let’s measure our dry ingredients in a small bowl. We will take 2 Tbsp. of Seafood or chicken flavoring, 2 Tbsp. of old bay seasoning, 1 Tbsp. oregano leaves, 3 Tbsp. of ground paprika,1 and ½ Tbsp. of chili powder, 2 Tbsp. of garlic powder, 2 Tbsp. of lemon pepper, 1 Tbsp. of Cayenne pepper (optional). Mix them well with a spoon.
Step 04: When the butter is melted, let’s add the paste of garlic, onion, and lemongrass into it. Then cook it well for 2 minutes. Increase the heat into medium high.
Step 05: Now add all dry ingredients already measured according to step 3. And cook for another 5-6 minutes. If you want to make it thicker, cook for 8-10 minutes.
Step 06: After completing the cooking process, leave it to come down to room temperature and then enjoy it with your favorite seafood such as crabs or any other seafood.
