I wanted to share an amazing yet easy Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe.
When we make the Buffalo Chicken Dip for guests and ourselves we love to serve it with crackers (chicken) and celery. I think these two things go well with the dip and really is a delightful treat.
How To Make Buffalo Chicken Dip
One thing that I love about this recipe is that it is really simple and you don’t have to spend all day in the kitchen whipping it up. I can honestly say that this has become one of my husbands favorites.
First off, you gather all of your ingredients, the ranch dressing, Frank’s RedHot Wings (buffalo), Cream Cheese, and Cheddar Cheese. One big thing is to make sure that your cream cheese is soft so that you can mix everything together. In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients.
I added the chicken last and started mixing. I used two cans of Chicken and shredded it by hand but you are more than welcome to use chicken breasts. I think this is just a lot easier and less fuss. Lastly, add the chicken to the mix and stir away.
I used a smaller dipping bowl and got about two bowls from this recipe. Put your mixture into your bowl of choice, something that is oven safe or you can just heat this up in the microwave if you are like me and don’t like to use the oven in warmer temperatures.

Next add a bit of your cheese to the top and bake or insert in the microwave. If you decide to bake your dip preheat oven to 350 and bake for about 15 minutes. In the microwave it will vary but usually about three minutes.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
PREP TIME 5 minutes
COOK TIME 25 minutes
TOTAL TIME 30 minutes
- 2 (10 ounce) cans of chunk chicken, drained
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of Ranch Dressing
- 3/4 Cups Of Franks Red Hot Sauce
- 1?½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 Box of Chicken Crackers (optional)
- 1 Batch of Celery
- Drain Your Chicken and make sure that it is dry
- In a mixing bowl add your soft cream cheese and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
- Mix those ingredients
- Lastly, add your chicken and mix.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until nice and bubbly.
