Ingredients

One thing I love about this recipe is that there’s only a few ingredients you need!

Ground Beef: For 12 quarter pounder burgers, you’ll need three pounds of ground beef. I usually buy 73/27 ground beef just because it’s the cheapest. You can use whatever kind you’d like.

Onion Soup Mix: You’ll need one package of Lipton’s Onion Soup Mix. You’ll just dump it into the bowl with the other ingredients dry.

Garlic Powder: I use 2 teaspoons of garlic powder when I make this. You can use 3 if you’d like more garlic flavor.

Worcestershire Sauce: You’ll need 2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce for this recipe.

Seasoning Salt: I use Lawry’s, but feel free to use whichever seasoning salt you’d like.

Directions

These burgers are the EASIEST burgers to make ever! There’s only a few simple steps to make the best burgers.

First, add all of the ingredients into a large bowl.

Second, mix it all together until everything is combined.

Third, form the meat mixture into burger patties.

Fourth, put them on a lined cookie sheet.

Fifth, sprinkle seasoning salt onto the burgers and put the burgers in the oven.

Sixth, bake them for 15 minutes. Flip the burgers and bake them for 10 more minutes.

Seventh, take them out of the oven and assemble your perfect burger.

How To Store Frozen Burger Patties

My favorite thing to do when we don’t eat all of the burgers is to store them in an airtight container for a few days in the fridge. They reheat perfectly! If we don’t finish them, I freeze the rest.

I love freezing things! I hate wasting food and freezing things helps a ton.

I form the meat mixture into patties and then place the patties on a cookie sheet and put it in the freezer. I leave it there for 30 minutes to an hour to flash freeze.

Then, I take it out and put the patties in between wax paper. Then I put all of the burgers in a gallon freezer plastic bag. They’ll be good that way for about six months!

Don’t Want To Make Your Own Burgers?

If you don’t want to make your own delicious burgers, you can totally still follow these baking instructions to bake frozen patties in the oven. Feel free to use any burger patties you’d like!

This is my favorite juicy burger recipe because the seasoning is so delicious! I’d take these burgers over store-bought any day, but you do you.

Toppings

You can add a slice of cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, onion, mustard, ketchup, and any other of your favorite toppings you’d like to these burgers. If you’re going to add cheese, just put it on top of the hot burger directly out of the oven.

French fries, sweet potato fries, or potato chips are the perfect sides for these!

You can also use chicken patties, veggie burgers, turkey burgers, or your favorite ground meat if you don’t want to have beef burgers!

Make sure to put the hamburger on your favorite bun. I love to make homemade hamburger buns. A pretzel bun would also be delicious!
