Ello, Folks! I hope that you all are doing well? Today I wanted to share a super fun party idea using Tyson® Chicken Nuggets conveniently found at Publix. As most of you know I love sharing easy recipes and I thought this just came out so stinking cute!
Growing up my family always adored the Halloween season. It was such a fun time when it comes to creativity and I must admit I always loved all the parties. When it comes to throwing a party for Halloween the last thing you want to do is cook all day and Tyson Chicken Nuggets really can help you streamline your evening plans. What I love most about Tyson Chicken Nuggets is that they can be found at Publix (one of my favorite stores).
It might seem crazy but one of the foods my husband loves is Tyson Chicken Nuggets. He just loves how crunchy they are, and are perfectly juicy on the inside. They are 100% all-natural* ingredients. Since he was a child, chicken nuggets were his favorite and this year I am throwing a party for the neighbors and thought this would be a great time to get creative with the nuggets
There are so many things you can do during the Halloween season using Tyson Chicken Nuggets but I wanted to make something a bit different than the normal bat wings you might find online. I used candy corn, which you can also find at Publix.
What I did was simply melt the candy corn and rolled them flat. Using a bat cookie cutter my bat wings came to life.
These really came out so perfectly! Once I had them cut I then put them on a paper plate to harden back up, which didn’t take long at all.
Once they were done hardening, I then cooked the TysonChicken Nuggets as per the package. I did let them cool a bit before putting the bat wings on.
After everything was ready to assemble, I simply cut the bat wings from the body of the bat. I made little slits in the chicken nuggets to insert the wings.
What makes this so perfect, is that kids can simply pull the wings off and eat their nuggets. Then they can eat their bat wings as a sweet treat.
To finish off the party in the tablescape I left little “tombstone” nuggets, along with two dipping sauces so that the kids can play around with them and make their own tombstones.
What is fun about using Tyson Chicken Nuggets is that your imagination can really run wild but you could also use Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips to really get the party started :) *No artificial ingredients, minimally processed
