Lemon, Lime and Orange Bundt Cake
As per usual, I was in the mood to bake. I wasn’t in the mood to make pastry like a couronne so I turned towards another favorite – bundt cake. Admittedly, I do bake a lot of bundt cakes but what can I write – they are good. This time I decided on citrus flavors as I had a lime that really needed to be used. I also had a lemon and some orange juice. So the result is a celebration of all things citrus.

How Was the Citrus Bundt Cake?
Quite tasty if I do say so myself. I came up with all of this citrus flavor for the husband. He loves anything lemon, lime or orange so after making lots of treats that I love I figured it was time I made something for him. That we both like this cake is a bonus. It’s moist, full of citrusy flavor and the glazes are not overly sweet and add an extra hit of citrus punch.
This cake will go into rotation as a favorite with the other bundts I make like
