#1 – Spaghetti
The spaghetti noodles are vegan and are made with 100% durum semolina. To keep your dish vegan you can order them with the marinara sauce or mushroom sauce. Make sure to tell your server that you do not want cheese on your pasta.
The marinara sauce has onions, carrots, tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, and Italian seasonings. The mushroom sauce is their marinara sauce topped with freshly sautéed seasoned mushrooms.

#2 – Minestrone Soup
The minestrone soup is vegan as is. It has a tomato broth, beans, veggies, and shell noodles.
#3 – House Salad Mix (modified)
The house salad mix is vegan, but you’ll need to order it without croutons. Try getting the balsamic vinaigrette dressing with it to keep it dairy free.
#4 – Broccoli (modified)
Order a side of broccoli without butter and cheese. You can eat it as a side or add it to your pasta dish to make it more fresh.
#5 – Bread (some locations)
Some locations have vegan bread and others do not. Ask your server to find out if you can eat the sourdough bread or not.
#6 – Olive Tapenade
You can put the olive tapenade on top of your bread if the location you’re at serves vegan bread.

I wish that the Old Spaghetti Factory had more vegan food, but thankfully they do have some.
