California Veggie Pizza (modified)
For this to be a vegan pizza, order it without the mozzarella cheese. The crust is vegan and it will come with the pizza marinara sauce, broccolini, cremini mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, roasted corn, and red onions.
As far as pizza goes, all of the crusts are vegan except for the cauliflower crust. The vegan pizza sauces are the pizza marinara, spicy marinara sauce, and vegetarian black beans. All of the veggie toppings are vegan.

Tomato Basil Spaghetti
This spaghetti comes with a tomato sauce that has basil and garlic. Do not add goat cheese and grilled chicken breast.
If you’re wanting to make any other pasta dishes vegan, keep in mind that you’ll need to remove any meat, cheese, and butter. All of the veggies are vegan. Tomato basil sauce and olive oil are the only vegan pasta sauces.
White Corn Guacamole and Chips
This appetizer is vegan as is, so you do not need to make any changes to it. The guac is made with avocado, sweet corn, black beans, jicama, bell peppers, cilantro, and serrano peppers. It is served with blue and white corn tortilla chips.
Lettuce Wraps (modified)
To make these vegan, choose the Chinese vegetables as your filling instead of the meat options. It will have shiitake mushrooms, scallions, and water chestnuts in a spicy ginger soy sauce.
Dakota Smashed Pea and Barley Soup
This vegan soup has barley, carrots, onions, herbs, and scallions.
Roasted Veggie Salad (modified)
When you order this take off the dijon balsamic vinaigrette and replace it with oil and vinegar. Order it with no protein. It will come with romaine lettuce, artichoke hearts, asparagus, eggplant, corn, red and yellow peppers, avocado, and sundried tomatoes.
Most of CPK’s salads can be made vegan if you order them without meat and cheese and switch the dressing. The only vegan salad dressing is the oil and vinegar.
This item is a kids meal. Order it with tomato sauce or olive oil for it to be vegan.

They do not currently have any dairy free cheese or vegan meats. My favorite thing to get here is the California Veggie Pizza with the modifications to make it vegan. The sundried tomatoes on it are so good!
