What I love about this dish is that you really don’t need a ton of items to create it.
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds red potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
- Parsley for garnish (optional)
The first thing that you will want to do is to preheat your oven to 350 degrees and prepare a baking sheet by greasing with nonstick cooking spray. I prefer to use PAM but you can use olive oil as well.
Bring a large pot of water to boil and boil the potatoes until tender, this will take about 10 minutes so not long at all. Using a fork or even a potato masher, mash each of the potatoes.
