Ello, Folks! I hope that you are having a beautiful day. Today I wanted to introduce you to the Ball  Vintage Aqua Jars, but I also wanted to share with you a super cute spin on Mason Jar No-Bake Cheesecake.

Since these Jars are blue in color and just simply beautiful when I looked at them the first thing that came to my mind was “Cookie Monster” and let’s just face it, he is so stinking cute. So today I made a little Cookie Moster Mason Jar Cheesecake. To make it even better, it is no-bake. Say What?!?!

These are so simple to make, and I decided that I would test these babies out on my neighbors. Heck, I can’t eat everything that I make, and they totally loved it! If you have not seen the new Aqua Blue Mason Jars, you must check them out. I will have a couple of posts using these beautiful jars.

How To Make Cookie Monster Cheesecake Dessert

  • 2 Boxes of Jello Cheesecake Mix
  • One Case of Vintage Aqua Jars
  • One Package of Chewy Chips Ahoy Cookies
  • Whipped Cream
  • Milk Chocolate Chips if you would like to add them
  • Candy Eyes

For the base of this amazing little cheesecake treat I used Chewy Chips Ahoy cookies. I wanted to make this as easy as possible. Since they are already soft it was super simple to crumble them and make a base of cookies. I used 3 cookies per jar.

Make sure that your cookies are nice and flat to form the base. Next, you will need your Cheesecake mix, which I have included a recipe below or you can simply use JELLO Cheesecake mix. I am all about simple snacks in the summer time. Make as per the directions on the JELLO Cheesecake mix.

If you do use the Cheesecake Jello instead of the no-bake cheesecake recipe below you only have to wait about 5 minutes for the Jello to set up. So you can have these tasty treats done in a jiffy. Once you are ready simply add about 4 spoon fulls of cheesecake to the Ball Mason Jars.

Next, I added just a couple of chocolate chips to the top.

If you are not ready to add your whipped cream and serve Ball offers these super cool Leak Proof Lids. So you can just simply put one of these on till you are ready.

Last, I added a bit of whipped cream to finish it off. You can make your own or use store bought.

I garnished with one cookie on the top.

If you really want to get fun with it you can purchase little candy eyes so that your Cookie Monster can come to life.
