You might wonder why our family loves Southeastern Mills? Easy question for me to answer! It is because of just a couple of reasons. They have amazing quality, they have a scratch-made taste (that would fool your grandmother), and they are super easy to incorporate into your very own dishes.

For this posting, I wanted to share with you something that you and the kids can create together with Southeastern Mills, so in comes to my “Santa Style” breakfast. This breakfast is perfect for Santa because just like me, he loves bright and fun colors. Not to mention Southeastern Mills **wink-wink**.

To create this Santa Style Breakfast I used the Southeastern Mills Buttermilk Pancake Mix, Buttermilk Biscuit mix and the country biscuits to make a beautiful display of “Santa perfection”.

All of Southeastern Mills are perfect on there own but as I mentioned above they are wonderful for recipes. I took the pancake mix and simply added some amazing cranberries, but Santa does love blueberries as well.

After the pancakes were made I simply slapped em’ on a plate and let everyone at them. This is where things got a bit creative. You can allow your children to create their perfect “Santa style” pancake.

When I think of Santa I think of bright colors, snow, candy, chocolate, and red. Now, your children might think of clouds, Billy goats, and donkeys. Let their imagination take the wheel and design the dressing for the pancake.

I even bought some small little cookie cutters to make some of the biscuits into shapes :)

Beautiful right? Below you will find more pictures of how this amazing Southeastern Mills buffet came out. Everyone was so tickled with the fun that we had.
