What Ingredients Do You Need For Zoodle Pasta?

  • 2 Large Zucchini 
  • 1/2 White Onion 
  • 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper 
  • 2 Red Peppers 
  • 2 Twigs Fresh Oregano 
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 
  • 1 Cup Water 
  • 2 Tsp Vegetable Bullion 
  • 1/2 Tbsp Black Garlic powder 
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dried Basil 
  • 3 Tbsp Hemp Seeds 
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper 
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Flakes 
  • 1 Tsp Yellow Mustard 
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce 
  • 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast Or Parmesan

How Do You Make It?

  • Make your Zoodles or use store bought 
  • Boil water, onion, red bell pepper, red peppers, oregano, soy sauce, mustard, olive oil, and seasonings for 5 minutes (stir a few times) 
  • Let the sauce mixture cool down for a few minutes then scoop the solids out into a blender and blend until smooth before adding in the liquid from the pot as well
  • Blend sauce until thoroughly combined and smooth 
  • Heat your skillet with a pinch of olive oil then sear the noodles for 30 seconds before adding the sauce in the skillet too, cook for 2-3 minutes
