Fresh peach popsicles. Trust me they are as yummy as they sound! This recipe, like all my recipes, is very simple to make. This peach popsicle will have your whole family cooled off after eating it (and asking for another one).

Don’t you just love recipes that only require a few ingredients? This popsicle recipe is one of them and it only has three. Many SIMPLE recipes are great-tasting and this popsicle recipe with only three ingredients is no exception! I’m sure you will enjoy this treat, as much as I have.

Three Ingredient Fresh Peach Popscicle Recipe ~ YUMMY

Yield: 4 popsicles

Three ingredient fresh peaches and cream popsicle recipe ~ so YUMMY!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches
  • ⅔ cup vanilla yogurt, divided
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Slice and peel the peaches, and add to a high speed blender.
  2. Add half the yogurt and the honey to the blender.
  3. Blend on high until peaches are blended.
  4. Add 1-2 spoonfuls of peach/yogurt mixture to each ice pop mold, then add 1 spoonful of yogurt to each ice pop mold. Continue alternating between peach/yogurt mixture and plain yogurt, until each mold is filled.
  5. Freeze for 4 hours.
  6. Remove from the freezer, and run under warm water for a few seconds to help release the pops.
  7. Store in a freezer bag.

I love peaches myself. They bring back a lot of childhood memories for me. The most cherished one is eating peaches with my Dad. We would eat them on the front porch of our farmhouse. We never ate them inside because they were so juicy. My Dad would always have us “skin” his peaches. He couldn’t handle eating the peel but he loved the fruit. My Dad died almost 40 years ago. I miss him a lot. Isn’t it funny how food can bring back such sweet memories?
