What types of activities do you like to participate in while at a Fourth Of July Party? Family-friendly things that come to mind to me are horseshoes, cornhole games, water balloon toss, and yard bowling. I’m usually all about the food though!

What Is Your Favorite Type Of Party Food

You know, I LOVE all the food at any type of party or get-together. Honestly. I go for side items while I’m partying, (cheating on my Keto diet). I’ll pile on potato salad, slaw, salad, and anything out of the garden. When it comes to nighttime, SMORES!!!! I don’t care what else is around, I want smores. You just can’t beat them. Did you know you can make smores in the oven?

Although it is a party, we need to be mindful to remember that it is our Nation’s Independence Day! My husband was (IS) a Marine. He says you are always a Marine. His Dad and Grandpa were Marines too. I’m very thankful for their service.

Hopefully you will enjoy these Red, White, And Blue Oreos. Remember, they are super simple and will take no time at all. If *I* can make an item, *YOU* can make that same exact item. This patriotic Oreo Dessert recipe can be made with not a bit of stress at all.

Most of these items at your local Walmart. You most likely have them in your pantry now. If you don’t or don’t want to go to Walmart (who does?), you can order them from Amazon. A few items have been picked out below. Remember, most items arrive in just a few days.

Be on the lookout, a couple more Patriotic desserts, beauty DIY and Patriotic crafts will be posted in the next few days. If you are interested in another oreo dessert, check out this creamy oreo dip recipe. It is SO GOOD!
