DIY Shower Steamers

I have used shower steamers for years. Mainly eucalyptus, for sinus congestion but also just for the smell. If I can smell ANYTHING citrus, it instantly wakes me up in the mornings. Recently I’ve been using them to help with my anxiety. The feeling of the steam on my skin helps me feel more grounded and relaxed.

DIY shower steamers will also make a great homemade gift. Holiday parties will be coming up soon. These will make a very nice thoughtful gift.

If you are looking for skin needs some nourishment, I have a DIY Layered Honey, Lavendar And Oatmeal soap. It leaves your skin feeling AWESOME.

If you make this shower steamer recipe, please let me know how you like it. I’d LOVE to know.
